Kiss 9 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia Members

Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to Kiss 9 ("Platform", "We", "Kiss9"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and Kiss 9. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Kiss 9 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or other digital channels — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of Kiss 9's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register for and use Kiss 9 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration. Kiss 9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• Is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform or relevant gambling assistance programme.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Kiss 9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at Kiss 9. Registering multiple accounts will result in the freezing of all associated accounts and cancellation of any credit balance.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

Once your Kiss 9 account has been successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within it. Your responsibilities as an account holder include:

• Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family members.
• Notify Kiss 9 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Ensuring your personal details — including phone number, email address, and banking information — are kept up to date in your account settings.
• Not allowing others to play using your account, or playing on behalf of others using your own account.

Kiss 9 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for security verification purposes, particularly when unusual login activity or suspicious transaction attempts are detected. During the freeze period, access to your funds will be suspended until the verification process is complete.

Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Kiss 9 supports a range of secure and recognised Malaysian digital payment methods. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following terms:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 10 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), and online bank transfer.
• All deposits are processed instantly and are typically credited to your Kiss 9 account within 1–5 minutes.
• Kiss 9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes on business days. Withdrawals submitted outside of office hours may take slightly longer.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved by the Kiss 9 finance team.
• For compliance purposes, Kiss 9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Kiss 9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its wagering requirement of their own that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed one time only per member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Kiss 9 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through means that violate our terms, including the use of multiple accounts or player collusion to manipulate bonus conditions.
• Bonus validity period — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion type — as specified in the terms of each offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• The Kiss 9 VIP Programme grants higher-tier members access to exclusive odds, higher betting limits, and faster withdrawals. Full details of the VIP programme are subject to separate terms.

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Kiss 9 platform — covering Malaysian Super League and EPL football, badminton, IPL cricket, e-sports, virtual sports, jackpot, roulette, and live casino — are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and non-reversible by members, except where the Cash Out feature is available and activated by the member before the event begins or concludes.
• Kiss 9 reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of a technical error, system disruption, or data corruption that caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, Kiss 9 reserves the right to refund the stake to the member or void the bet in accordance with the relevant sports rules.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (live/in-play) are valid as long as the system accepts and confirms the bet before the deadline set by the system.
• Kiss 9 uses recognised sports statistics and data sources. Any dispute regarding event results will be referred to the official source of the relevant sports governing body.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Kiss 9 is committed to providing a fair and secure betting environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action:

• The use of bots, automated tools, or scripts to place bets automatically or exploit the Kiss 9 system.
• Collusion between two or more members to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Attempts to breach or hack Kiss 9's technical infrastructure, including SQL injection attempts or DDoS attacks.
• The use of VPNs, proxies, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to access our services from a restricted region.
• Any form of money laundering through deposits and withdrawals unrelated to genuine betting activity.
• Spreading false information, defamatory content, or material that damages the reputation of Kiss 9 through any communication channel.

Betting Limits & Payouts

Kiss 9 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for all bet types. These limits vary by sport, league, bet type, and the member's VIP membership tier:

• General minimum bet limit: RM 5 (for virtual sports) up to RM 10 (for sports betting).
• Maximum betting limits vary by category: EPL and Malaysia Super League football can reach RM 50,000 per bet for VIP Gold and Diamond members.
• The maximum payout limit for a single bet ticket is RM 200,000 except for progressive jackpots, which have their own payout structure.
• Kiss 9 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time based on internal risk analysis, without being required to provide reasons to the member.

Bet Cancellations & Dispute Procedure

Kiss 9 understands that disputes may arise from time to time. We are committed to resolving every dispute fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

Dispute Procedure:

1. Members who wish to file a complaint or dispute regarding a bet or transaction must contact the Kiss 9 support team via live chat or email within 72 hours from the date of the incident.
2. Please include complete details such as your account number, bet reference number, the date and time of the incident, and a thorough description of the issue you wish to dispute.
3. The Kiss 9 team will investigate and provide a response within 3–7 business days.
4. Kiss 9's final decision upon completion of an investigation is binding and conclusive, unless the member has compelling evidence that has not yet been considered.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Kiss 9 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, user interfaces, and source code — is the exclusive property of Kiss 9 and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international copyright laws.

Members are not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish, modify, or distribute any Kiss 9 content without explicit written authorisation from Kiss 9. Permitted use is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.

Kiss 9 Liability Limits

Kiss 9 provides its services on an as-is basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform remains available and functioning properly, we cannot guarantee freedom from technical disruptions, server failures, or issues beyond our control.

Kiss 9 shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the member's end.
• Any financial decisions made by members based on information available on the Kiss 9 platform.
• Betting losses arising from decisions made at the member's own discretion.

Responsible Gaming

Kiss 9 takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to helping members play responsibly. We offer a range of self-control tools accessible through your account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Betting Limits: Caps the total amount that can be wagered within a specified time period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given period to prevent excessive losses.
• Cool-off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, based on your needs.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years, or permanently.

Account Termination & Closure

Kiss 9 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member has violated any terms outlined in this document.
• There is evidence of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
• The member has requested self-exclusion and subsequently attempted to access the platform by other means.
• Kiss 9 acts on instructions from the relevant authorities to close the account in question.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any credit balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited without compensation.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Kiss 9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Kiss 9 platform unless otherwise stated.

Members will be notified of material amendments via their registered email or in-platform notifications. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Kiss 9 platform after any amendments are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
